Top Story 2013 Honda CR-Z Mugen RZ revealed in Japan Japanese tuner, Mugen officials unveiled an updated version of 2013 Honda CR-Z Facelift which called Honda CR-Z MUGEN RZ. The result is more aggressive, sportier and more powerful model. This is a limited edition model which will be produced in only 300 units of the car exclusively in Japan. Sales are expected to begin in Japan in late November 2012 with pricing starts at ¥4,494,000. Mugen has added a supercharger kit to the 1.5 liter engine. This modification the unit produces 154 hp of maximum power and 185 Nm of torque. Customers will be able to benefit from 40 hp maximum power. It is backed up by an IMA hybrid system producing a total output of extra 20 HP and 78 Nm of torque. The combined output is 174 hp of maximum power, up from the regular, pre-facelift model's 122hp. The suspension and chassis are also set to get extensive tuning with lower and stiffer springs, updated dampers. Besides the engine upgrades, it also include a new exhaust system.
