| Untuk PS T/K...banyak tu Core/main area responsibilities:- 1. Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site support/trouble shooting for all TNB's IT peripherals. 2. Provide repair service for all TNB's IT peripherals. 3. Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site support for designated office network (LAN) infrastructure and equipment. 4. Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site support for all designated ICT managed servers. 5. Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site support for Alcatel IP PBX equipment. 6. Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site support for ICT supported mobile push email applications and ICT supported mobile communication devices. 7. Provide basic on-site support for all ICT enterprise wide applications and softwares. 8. Supervise IT 05/06 in providing basic on-site support for setting up, deployment and performance monitoring of ICT Video Conferencing services. 9. Supervise IT 05/06 in performing scheduled preventive maintenance for all designated ICT managed servers and server environment. 10. Ensure and maintain all TNB IT peripherals, designated office network (LAN) meet ICT requirement in terms of security, fit for service and appropriate usage at all times. 11. Delegate, monitor and ensure tasks/tickets assigned to team are completed on time. 12. Communicate with SD on progress of tasks/tickets daily. 13. Prepare escalation reports and escalate errors to the relevant technical support team for all unresolved issues. 14. Endorse issue logs/report on anomalies encountered during preventive maintenance. 15. Prepare monthly performance (KPI) reports of Team. 16. Prepare the necessary documents to facilitate the procurement of spares and replacement components of faulty IT peripherals. 17. Assist in IT peripherals, applications or software deployment projects. 18. Assist in developing and updating working knowledge database on all matters concerning the IT peripheral, Alcatel IP PBX, mobile push email, mobile communication devices, servers, video conferencing support. 19. Attend customer/user meetings (IT peripheral work related) 20. Keep abreast of new technologies in IT peripherals and mobile communications devices. 21. Ensure and maintain all TNB IT peripherals, designated office network (LAN) meet ICT requirement in terms of security, fit for service and appropriate usage at all times22. Supervise IT 05/06 in providing on-site support, backup and retrieval of TNB related data and information. |
