Purchase travel insurance to avoid financial hassles should you miss your connecting flight. - If you have purchased a FLY-THRU (Flight Transfer) involving more than one participating airline, you shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of each respective airline. - To avoid Counter Check –in Fee at the airport, use our Self Check-In facilities, log onto our website on the facilities available. - Our check-in counters are open two (2) hours before the scheduled flight departure time. The counters close forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. For AirAsia flights to and from Australia, check-in counters open three (3) hours and close one (1) hour before the scheduled flight departure time. - Check-in deadlines may vary at different airports and for particular flights. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with these deadlines. - Airports have long queues due to complex security checks. We suggest that you check-in early and proceed immediately to the departure gate or you may risk being left behind in security. You must be in possession of a boarding pass by the time check-in closes, or you will not be accepted for the flight. - Do not carry any liquids, aerosols and gels more than 100ml in your cabin baggage. - Pre-book your Baggage Supersize (checked baggage) at a big discount and save time during check-in. Each checked baggage shall not exceed 32 kg; - Guests may not use the unused checked baggage weight and pieces of other guests unless traveling on the same Itinerary. - Pre-book your Sports Equipment. Sports Equipment Fee applies to certain equipment up to 20kg per item per one way. - Pick a seat- avoid disappointment, pre-book the seat you want. - Guest are responsible for obtaining all entry and exit visas, health and other required documents including ensuring that your passport validity meets the destination’s entry requirements. Guests shall also possess a return itinerary or ticket on an onward journey; - Guests are strongly advised not to check in goods which are valuable and fragile as baggage. If they are checked in as baggage, guests agree they send for carriage of such items at their own risk. - Our liabilities to you are limited, it is therefore recommended that you purchase travel insurance.
